MARK GORENBERG
Mark has been a venture capitalist at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners since 1990, and has served as a board member for start-up and public software companies, including AdForce, HomeGrocer, NetDynamics and Scopus Technologies. Currently, he serves as a Director of Cenzic, Infopia, Lathian Systems, ontheFRONTIER, Omniture(NASDAQ: OMTR), Replay Solutions and Tizor Systems. Mark is also a member of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Corporation (Board of Trustees).

Prior to joining Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Mark managed a number of new media areas and was a member of the original SparcStation I team at Sun Microsystems. Mark received a BSEE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MSEE from the University of Minnesota, and an MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

KEN JUSTER
Ken Juster joined salesforce.com in January 2005 as executive vice president of law, policy, and corporate strategy. Juster brings 25 years of experience in government, law, business, and international affairs to his position. Most recently, he served as U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce from 2001-2005, in charge of the Bureau of Industry and Security. He also founded and served as the U.S. Chair of the U.S.-India High Technology Cooperation Group, and was one of the key architects of the Next Steps in Strategic Partnership initiative between the United States and India. Juster also served as the Counselor (Acting) of the U.S. Department of State from 1992-1993, and as the Deputy and Senior Adviser to Deputy Secretary of State Lawrence S. Eagleburger from 1989-1992. From 1981-1989 and 1993-2001, Juster was a senior partner at the firm of Arnold & Porter. Juster also served as a law clerk in 1980-1981 to Judge James L. Oakes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and worked at the National Security Council in 1978.

Among the numerous awards that Juster has received is the 2004 Blackwill Award from the U.S.-India Business Council (for contributions to U.S.-India relations). Juster also has published extensively on international economic and legal issues, including Making Economic Policy: An Assessment of the National Economic Council (Brookings Institution, 1997) and "The Myth of Iraqgate" in Foreign Policy magazine (Spring 1994).

Juster holds a law degree from the Harvard Law School, a Master's degree in public policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Harvard College. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, where he was a Visiting Fellow in 1993.

KUMAR MALAVALLI
Kumar Malavalli is Chairman and CEO of InMage Systems, which he cofounded in 2001. He is also co-founder of Brocade Communications of which he was CTO for many years. Kumar earned degrees in both Electrical Engineering and in Physics at the National Institute of Engineering in Mysore, India. He then worked for ITT Communications, Amdahl, Canstar, and HP before arriving in Silicon Valley from Canada in 1995, the year in which Brocade was founded. Kumar Malavalli is one of the principal architects of Fibre Channel technology, in which he holds patents.

In February 2003 Kumar was inducted into the Silicon Valley Engineering Council (SVEC) Hall of Fame for his contributions to technology. Other awards include the prestigious INCITS (International Committee of Information Technology Standards) for extraordinary leadership and guidance as the Chair of INCITS T11 in the development of 17 standards in the area of Storage Area Networks.

Kumar Malavalli is a generous philanthropist within the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, with a strong conviction on the importance of education. In 2004 he founded the Kumar Malavalli Endowed Chair in Storage Systems at the Jack Baskin School of Engineering, UC Santa Cruz. Mr. Malavalli continues to invest in and mentor numerous storage networking startups in both Silicon Valley and in India. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Silicon Valley Chapter, and is a Trustee of the American India Foundation (AIF) through which he has personally sponsored Digital Equalizer Centers at schools in remote villages in India.

KANWAL REKHI
Born in Rawalpindi (now in Pakistan) in 1945, Kanwal Rekhi came to India with his family after partition and settled down in Kanpur. He graduated as an electrical engineer from IIT Bombay in 1967 and did his MS from Michigan University in 1969. He worked as an engineer, systems analyst, and manager for many years before floating his first company, Excelan in 1982. After Novell bought Excelan in 1989, he joined the Board of Directors of Novell and was named Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He left Novell in 1995 to start afresh a venture capitalist and angel investor.

He is actively focused on helping young entrepreneurs getting started and was the motivating force behind K. B. Chandrashekahar's Exodus. Currently involved at the Board Level in many companies including 123signup.com, Instantis, Mediaway, Sierra Atlantic, and Versata, Kanwal was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 1987 by the Arthur-Young/Venture magazine. He was named to the Board of Advisor's to the President of Michigan Tech and in 1997 was honored with a doctorate in Business and Engineering.

Kanwal is also involved in increasing the visibility of premier educational institutions in India. He gave US $3 million to IIT Bombay to help set up a new School of Information Technology, named KReSIT (Kanwal Rekhi School of Information Technology), which opened in 1999.

DR. NANDINI TANDON
Nandini Tandon, Ph.D., is a Venture Partner at MDS Capital based in the Palo Alto office. MDS Capital is the largest life science venture capital firm in Canada with over $1 Billion under management. Prior to joining MDS she was a Partner with RBC Capital Partners and started their office in San Francisco.

Dr. Tandon has a diverse background in business operations, strategic planning, venture capital, deal negotiations and marketing and sales.

She has successfully bridged scientific technologies with business applications across biotechnology, pharmaceutical and semiconductors, at companies including Zyomyx Inc., a proteomics company as their Chief Business officer, at Hyseq Inc., a genomics company, as their V.P. of Business Development and prior to that at Chiron Corporation, Glaxo Wellcome, and Microelectronics Center of North Carolina. She initiated and led the second largest deal in plant genomics on behalf of Hyseq with American Home Products. Dr. Tandon serves on the boards of both private companies and non-profit organizations. She was the Chair of the International Committee of BIO 2004, is on the board of the Indo-US Business Council, and is the Chair for the TIE Life Sciences SIG in the Silicon Valley. A White House Intern and a Phi Beta Kappa, Dr. Tandon received her doctorate in biochemistry from Duke University, North Carolina and her bachelors cum laude from Hollins College, Virginia.
